Last updated: 29 July 2026 · Effective from: 29 July 2026

1. Who we are

ProBodhi AI Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates wealthstar.bodhi.study (“WealthStar”), a technical screening and analytics tool for publicly listed Indian securities. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy is written to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.

2. What personal data we collect

Identifying information: your name, mobile number (for OTP login), email address (from Google sign-in or provided by you), and, where you subscribe, billing details processed by our payment provider.

Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and basic interaction data used to operate and improve the Service.

Payment data: subscription plan, amount, date, and a payment reference from Razorpay. We do not store card numbers, CVVs, or UPI handles — these are handled by Razorpay.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and cookies used for authentication and basic analytics.

3. Why we collect it

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use your account data for behavioural advertising.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given at account creation and withdrawable at any time), legitimate use as permitted under the DPDP Act, and legal obligation where the law requires retention or disclosure.

5. Who this Service is for

WealthStar is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, write to support@bodhi.study and we will delete it.

6. How long we keep your data

7. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with vetted service providers under written contracts:

We may disclose data to law-enforcement agencies, courts, or regulators where required by a valid legal order or by Indian law.

8. Where your data is stored, and cross-border transfer

Your account and application data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the Northeast Asia (Tokyo) region; edge-cached resources may be distributed via Vercel’s network. Because some providers are outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries under contractual safeguards requiring protection equivalent to the DPDP Act, and only to countries not restricted by the Government of India.

9. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, to withdraw consent (which results in account closure and deletion), to nominate a person to exercise your rights, and to lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer. To exercise these rights, write to support@bodhi.study from your registered email; we will respond within 30 days.

10. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in and for basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics to operate and improve the Service. We do not use cookies to track your activity on other websites.

11. Security

We protect your data with HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access control and row-level security, OTP-based authentication, and regular review of our practices. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Act and the DPDP Rules, 2025.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you at least 30 days before they take effect.
