ProBodhi AI Private Limited

Last updated: 29 July 2026 · Effective from: 29 July 2026

Educational analysis only — not investment advice. WealthStar is a descriptive analytical tool. It is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser service, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Please read Section 2 and the Risk Disclaimer carefully.

1. Who we are

ProBodhi AI Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

We operate wealthstar.bodhi.study (“WealthStar” or the “Service”), a technical screening and analytics tool for publicly listed Indian securities.

2. What WealthStar is — and is not

WealthStar is a glass-box analytical tool. It classifies publicly listed Indian securities into descriptive technical states — relative strength, Weinstein stage, and, for names in the derivatives segment, futures positioning and options-chain readings — using fixed, published formulae applied to end-of-day market data.

WealthStar is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not:

WealthStar describes what price, trend, and positioning are doing. It does not tell you what to do with that information. All investment and trading decisions are yours alone.

3. Risk disclaimer

Investing and trading in securities — and especially in futures and options, which are leveraged — carry a high degree of risk, including the risk of losing more than the amount you commit. The past behaviour of any security or indicator is not indicative of future results. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Before making any investment decision you should do your own research and consider consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser. ProBodhi AI Private Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for any decision you make, or any loss you incur, based on information from the Service.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law to create an account or subscribe. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

5. Your account

To use certain features you must create an account. Authentication is by mobile one-time password (OTP) or Google sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information, keep access to your account secure, use the Service only through your own account, and notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in breach of these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and payment

WealthStar is offered as a free tier with limited access and one or more paid subscription tiers with fuller access. Paid subscriptions are one-time payments for the stated period and do not auto-renew unless expressly stated at checkout. Pricing is shown on the site in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited; we do not store your card or banking details. Razorpay’s terms govern the payment transaction itself.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Refund eligibility, timelines, and procedure are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

9. Intellectual property and market data

All original content on WealthStar — designs, classifications, methodology, and source code — is owned by or licensed to us. Market data displayed is derived from feeds licensed from or provided by exchanges and data vendors and remains the property of the respective exchanges (including the National Stock Exchange of India) and vendors. WealthStar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any stock exchange, SEBI, or any data vendor.

10. No warranties

We provide WealthStar on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that data or classifications are free from delay or error, or that use of the Service will result in any particular investment outcome. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy and uptime and to correct errors when notified.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms — for any cause — is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including trading or investment losses or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to support@bodhi.study. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully; where reasonably possible we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
